If you are a performer with a band, a new performer with an ensemble, or a group of friends with a few good licks, then the open mic is for you. Show up and listen, show up and play, and have fun along the way. Welcoming, encouraging and celebrating musicians and lovers of bluegrass. ![]() Friday, March 24th, from 7pm to 9:30pm For those who are interested in hearing a Bluegrass band that plays mostly the kinds of songs that are played at the beginner jam, The Friday Night Jam (which consists of Jason Homey on banjo, his wife Renee on fiddle, and three of the regulars from the intermediate jam: Joe Gobel on guitar, Les Neva on mandolin, and Mark Stolpe on bass) is playing at the High Note Cafe, which is right next to the Flying M, just a block away from the beginner/intermediate jam location, on Friday, March 24th, from 7pm to 9:30pm.
