Raves and Reviews

Our first business meeting of 2011 was held at the Tuesday night jam at the Meridian RV Park. We made some plans to change the bylaws of the association to better fit with what we do. Talked about having a beginners jam again, also we can have other jams if someone would like to be the jam master. Then we held a 3 hour jam with 12 musicians.

The Beginners Workshop was a roaring success and Earl Mullins gets the credit for a really well run event. If you didn't make it, not to worry, just attend the second segment of the workshop on February 7^th.

Also, Daryll Watson put on a bluegrass workshop that was enjoyed by all. Learned a couple of new tunes, and had to move around the neck a little. These workshops that include all insturments are like band practice. Come and enjoy our next one on February 20^th.
